We had an extensive coverage of the SYSTEX Student Award 2009, a huge source of amazing concept designs that have been submitted and exhibited during the Smart Textiles Salon.

The winner of last year was Laura Wilson with her project the ‘Celestial Hybrid’.

To apply, send a report of your research project and a short CV via email to Lieva.VanLangenhove@UGent.be with cc to: Lina.Rambausek@UGent.be or via mail to the address which can be found on the SYSTEX Student Award 2010 Website.

The deadline for submitting your project is 30th June 2010, so you still have some time to formalize your great idea around smart textiles.
