WEEL Technologies has successfully completed a management buy-out of Wearable Electronic company FITRIGHT Industrial.

FITRIGHT Industrial provided over the past five years design, manufacturing and system integration of Wearable Electronic into Apparel, Bag and Accessory products.

The management buy-out consisted of funding and transferring all manufacturing assets, technology rights, patents, supplier agreements as well as FITRIGHT’s long-standing customer base to WEEL. WEEL’s new offices are in Shenzhen, China, Taipei, Taiwan and Portland, Oregon USA.

The team of WEEL Technologies has extensive experience by working over the past five years with leading brands to design, manufacture and integrate Wearable Electronic solutions into Apparel, Bags and Accessories like:
Wearable Remote Controls (China Coin and customized keypads)
Personal Audio (Wearable Speakers & Amplifiers for iPod/MP3 Players)
Illumination (Electroluminescent and LED Lights)
Environment (Heated Apparel, Cooling Accessories and Wearable Sensors)
Power (Portable Solar Panels with Rechargeable Power Banks)
