Amazing kit to make a sun visor with an LED that allows you to read and see in the dark.
The LED has very small dimensions and it is placed where it cannot be noted during the day, but it can give a strong light beam in the dark.
Battery and power switch remain easily accessible, even if not noticeable.
Powered with a coin battery with a duration of approximately 10 hours night vision.
This kit includes visor, battery holder, battery, LED, switch and conductive yarn.
Navy colour, white LED.

New sensors available on plugandwear.com!

Heavy load button switch. It is the heavy load version of our standard press button switch. It works with a higher pressure, around 1.8 Kg applied on a 2 cm wide circular area.

Water / Wetness sensor. This is a sensor able to detect water / wetness. It is an open circuit when dry, but turns in a closed circuit with a few Mohms when wet. Reusable, when dry it goes back to open circuit.

On March 26 at ISIA Firenze - Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche - Troy Nachtigall and Riccardo Marchesi held the Stitch&Solder workshop. As Easter was very close the project consisted in stitching a bunny rabbit with and LED eye that is automatically turned on in the dark by means of a phototransistor.

Full class and lots of fun. More pictures in the photo section.

The Bunny Kit will be soon on sale on www.plugandwear.com
