i have the same problem with mine it dosent work and the battery needs to be replaced can you do it or was it just a wasit off money

i have the amp ipod backpack and the remote does not work and the red light does not turn on when i push the buttons? can i replace the battery?

Hi Andy,
thanks for sharing your experience with the AMP Backpack. This is for sure interesting for our reader as well for us. As we do not have the possibility to check most of the products we write about we are very thankful for any reader input to judge the usefulness and not fullnesses of those products.

Yea I got this thing around a couple of weeks ago, Its AWFUL!. The transmitter constantly glitches causing your ipod to stop playing whatever playlist you are on, and revert to playing random songs on your ipod. Its also been causing my ipod to automatically turn on “repeat one” so you can only listen to whatever song you are on. The transmitter on the strap isnt gonna fall out but its so tiny and frustrating to use. My recommendation: stick your ipod in your pocket like the rest of the world, and go buy this backpack without the crappy little transmitter for half the price.
